Junior Operations Manager will be part of the management team responsible for the day to day operations of Geolog Operating Base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:

Managing the technical department
Attending operations meetings with clients
Reviewing the current operations performance and confirm with the customer that the solution meets their Surface Logging needs.
Ensuring operations meet expected Management approved Budgets
Evaluating and implementing mechanisms to improve company profitability
Identifying selling opportunities for Mud Logging Services and client intelligence
Providing Marketing Management with frequent, timely feedback on account performance (share, potential, and competitive position against other Surface Logging Service companies) in order to facilitate planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

University Graduated with Geology / Engineering or relevant subject.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Surface Logging (Mud Logging)
Highly knowledgeable in Surface Logging technology
International exposure
Computer literate with advanced Excel skills
Highly organized with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Fluent in English.
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
